All ProCapTM lids are constructed from polypropylene which is light and durable and will withstand harsh chemicals and UV rays.
Options offered:
- Male threaded and female threaded lids, to fit existing opening threads
- Lid and ring combinations featuring the Duralok® ‘twist and lock’ system
- Hinged option is offered with 180° opening for ease of access and a lockable hasp for added security
- Gaskets are available as an option where a tight seal is required
Sizes:
- 6 inch, 8 inch, 12 inch and 16 inch diameters to fit common standard tank openings
Closure options:
- Male and female threaded, to fit existing threads
- Lid and ring combinations featuring the Duralok® ‘twist and lock’ system
- Hinged option is offered with 180° opening for ease of access and a lockable hasp for added security.
- Gaskets are available if required where a tight seal is required.
Breather options:
- Standard closed lid - suitable where a separate breather system is in place
- Bullet or spring breather - allow air to escape during filling but act as a one way valve to prevent liquid escape
- Labyrinth breathers - allow the most efficient air evacuation during tank filling. Tanks can be filled and emptied rapidly with lids in place. Labyrinth breather performance chart.
